Subs include the Canterbury Tennis Affiliation Fee. A $10 discount reduction will be made if paid by 30st September 2011. A discount of $5.00 per person will apply where there are three or more playing members from the same family. No discount applies for Kiwi tennis.

Use of Club Rooms

Members may use the club rooms anytime during organized play. We are proud of the standard of our club rooms and courts and wish this to continue with the assistance of all members. Please let a committee member know if you see any abuse of the property or equipment.

Unfortunately, because of our location, we have an ongoing problem with graffiti artists. We ask you to report anything you see immediately to a club committee member. Our policy is to remove any graffiti as quickly as we can. Could anyone interested in helping with over-painting ring and offer their assistance please.

The club rooms are NOT available for 21sts and parties unless a Club member is present and responsible. Groups do occasionally hire the club rooms for meetings.

Keys

Members may purchase a numbered key for the courts. There is a one-off fee of $20 with a $10 refund if you wish to hand it back. This key is recoded each year for no charge. You are welcome to use the courts anytime that there is NOT organized play during the week and on weekends. A member on the committee will assist you with all this.

The Committee reserves the right to ask for the key back if it sees that use of this is being abused. Friends and non members are expected to pay for use of the courts. Please DO NOT lend your key to others.

Members are asked ensure the gates locked after they enter the courts please. Others MUST use their key to enter. A code is needed to enter the clubhouse gate. This will be given on purchase on the key.

key is available for Non Member Tennis Players – the key is available for hire at the Bishopdale Sports Shop in the Mall. Cost is $10 per hour per player. See Tony Ralfe for this service.
